TEET is committed to user privacy.

The present Privacy Policy is based upon the Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. (See full Directive on EurLex and summary on European Union website)

This Policy applies to any data you provide to or collected by TEET through its Web site and services, as well as its offline services.

1. Overview

In order to operate its services, TEET, the data processing controller, must ask you to provide us information about yourself. By consenting to, and agreeing the terms of the Privacy Policy, you also expressly consent and agree to us processing your data in the manner set out in the Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect and how we use that information. TEET takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will use your information only in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information or a list of our customers to third parties. It is important for you to review this Privacy Policy.

By accepting the Privacy Policy, you expressly consent to our use of your personal information and direct us to do so in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

If you disagree with the terms of our Privacy Policy, please do not use the services of TEET.

1.1 Collection and Use of Children's Personal Information

Children are not eligible to use our services and we ask that minors (under the age of 18) do not submit any personal information to us or use the services.

We encourage you to talk with your children about communicating with strangers and disclosing personal information online.

1.2 Notification of Changes

This policy may be revised over time as new features are added to the services of TEET or as we incorporate suggestions from our customers. We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a revised version on our web site. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it. In addition, if we propose to change this Privacy Policy in a substantial manner, we will notify you with at least 30 days' prior notice of such a change. After this 30 days notice, you will be considered as having expressly consented to all amendments to the Privacy Policy. If you disagree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, you may terminate your use of our services at any time.

Some pages on the TEET website may include links to third party websites. These sites are governed by their own privacy statements, and TEET is not responsible for their operations, including but not limited to their information practices. Users submitting information to or through these third party websites should review the privacy statement of these sites before providing them with personally identifiable information.

2. Information We Collect

On some pages of the website of TEET we may ask you to provide personal information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. When you place an order or subscribe to a paid service, we will ask for additional information, such as your VAT number and billing address, which is used to create a billing account.

In order to access some services of TEET, you will be asked to sign in with an e-mail address and password, called your credentials. As part of creating your credentials, you may also be requested to provide questions and secret answers, which we use to help verify your identity and assist in resetting your password, as well as an alternative e-mail address.

2.1 Website Traffic Information

We may collect information about your interaction with the TEET website. For example, we may retrieve information from your browser, including the site you came from, the search engine(s) and the keywords you used to find our site, the pages you view within our site, your browser add-ons and your browser's width and height. We may also collect information about the pages you view, the links you click and other actions you take on our website. Additionally, we collect certain standard information that your browser sends to every website you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and language, access times and referring Web site addresses.

2.2 Use of Cookies

When you sign in to our site using your credentials, we store your unique ID number and the time you signed in. This allows you to move from page to page at the site without having to sign in again on each page. When you sign out, these informations are deleted.
